Privacy Rights request
If you are a US citizen, you or your legal representative may exercise your privacy rights available in your jurisdiction as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to privacy@verandaentertainment.com.
In order for ButacaTV to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must properly prove your identity, for which it is necessary to complete all the fields indicated in the Request and accompany it with a copy of one of the official valid identifications mentioned below:
- U.S. passport book or passport card
- In-state, fully-valid driver's license or enhanced driver's license with photo
- Certificate of Naturalization
- Certificate of Citizenship
- Government employee ID (city, county, state, or federal)
- U.S. military or military dependent ID
- Matricula Consular (Mexican Consular ID) - commonly used by a parent of a U.S. citizen child applicant
- U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) - commonly used by a parent of a U.S. citizen child applicant
- Enhanced Tribal Cards and Native American tribal photo IDs
If the information provided in the Request is incorrect or insufficient, or if it is not accompanied by the corresponding accreditation documents, ButacaTV may request that you provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to comply with the request, counted from the day following its receipt. Failure to respond within said period will result in the corresponding request being deemed not filed.
ButacaTV will communicate the determination adopted. The response will be given electronically to the email address specified in the Request.
If you are a Californian resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you control over the personal information that is collected from you:
Right to know: you may request that we disclose to you what personal information we have collected, used, shared, or sold about you, and why we collected, used, shared, or sold that information. Specifically, you may request:
- The categories of personal information collected
- Specific pieces of personal information collected
- The categories of sources from which the business collected personal information
- The purposes for which the business uses the personal information
- The categories of third parties with whom the business shares the personal information
- The categories of information that the business sells or discloses to third parties
We must respond to your right to know within 45 calendar days, with a potential deadline extension of an additional 45 days.
Right to delete personal information: you may request we delete personal information we have collected from you and to tell our service providers to do the same. However, there are many exceptions that allow businesses to keep your personal information.

Right to non-discrimination: we cannot deny you a service just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA.
